HOT SEAT

The Hot Seat is for an experienced Toastmaster who is available to step in
for anything at the last minute - any position except a speech. 

For example, let's say the timer doesn't show up for the meeting.  The person in the Hot Seat would step in and take that role.

There is No need to prepare anything before the meeting.
